That means, uninstalling the video card, then downloading lastest drivers. WebbI closed out of Skyrim, ran the game file verification in Steam, started it up again, and fast traveled to another location first (DB Sanctuary), then to Whiterun, and the textures were back to normal. I guess it's just a bug with the game itself rather than a mod. Also verifying your cache files isn't necessary, to save you the time.
